Celebrity Shoes: Taraji P. Henson wears Christian Louboutin ankle strap sandals

Taraji P. Henson was at Miami for Despierta America wearing a fringed hem white dress and denim jacket. She accessorized with hoop earrings and Christian Louboutin ankle strap sandals.

This is Christian Louboutin "Blade Runana" sandal that features a poured paint print on the front band, buckled ankle strap and heel of 3.3 inches. While Taraji wore the blue version of the sandal, this pink and orange version is available for $895 at Neiman Marcus.

Celebrity Shoes: Nicki Minaj in Christian Louboutin booties

Nicki Minaj attended the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards in her favorite uniform--a pink latex unitard that showed off her every curves. Celebrity Shoes: Kim Kardashian and Rihanna in Vetements x Manolo Blahnik boots

Only Kim Kardashian and Rihanna can pull-off those waist high boots by Vetements x Manolo Blahnik. In fact, I included these boots in the craziest designer shoes to date. The two fashion risk takers styled the boots with coats, their approach differ--Kim opted an all black ensemble while Rihanna chose to fold the other leg and tamed the tangerine hue by wearing shorts and black cropped tank. Diane Kruger looks amazing despite the recent break-up with long-term boyfriend Joshua Jackson. The German model and actress is wearing an asymmetrical color-blocked Thierry Mugler dress that she accessorized with Alexandre Birman 'Clarita' sandals with bow design.

Charlotte Olympia 'Birthday' flats

The moment I laid my eyes on these Charlotte Olympia  'Birthday' flats, I already know that it should have a post in this blog. These shoes are way off to what the designer is known for but it is, to my taste, the most adorable flats to win my choosy shoe heart!

These flats are from the designer's Cosmic Collection. I thought the collection is about the moon and stars adorning the ubiquitous exaggerated platforms of the designer but to my surprise it was actually the signs of the zodiac. I am an Aquarian and I wouldn't mind wearing my sign. 

The 1/2-inch golden heel creates a nice contrast to the suede with metallic leather piping. The almond toe is adorned with a crystal embellished zodiac sign.

Naomi Watts arrived at the Tribeca Film Festival wearing a printed Alexander McQueen tea-length dress that took inspiration from a church's stained glass window. A red clutch was perfect to accessorize the dress but it was those chunky peep toes that ruined it.

Casadei sculptured wedge sandals

I guess what I am trying to say is that this Casadei wedge has been haunting me lately. Its heel height exceeds my standard and I was advised to refrain from wearing heels because of a hairline fracture on my toe, but, it is just so pretty to look at. I like the combination of nude, pink and tangerine--very summery! This also comes in black.

Well, ok, so here now is Jenny McCarthy wearing a simple red dress and the Prada rubber dipped maryjane pump for the promotion of her Bad Habits book in NYC. Honestly, it looks special, maybe because it is red rubber and not orange. The shape of the heel sort of added a vintage appeal to the shoe... Its heel height, by the way, is 140mm with a 95mm platform.

Anyway, if you would like this pump, Saks Fifth Avenue limits the order to three pairs only per person every thirty days because of its high demand (like you need three pairs of this) and you can have it for $950.

I just happen to be inside a bus with a pretty woman on the other side wearing a pretty floral dress and wedge. She was wearing something like these...

She looked so pulled together so I was impressed, until, the wind blew on my face and I felt I was given Manny Pacquiao's left hook. She smelled so bad that I had to move several seats away from her. It's just then that I noticed that every one who sat beside her moved to other seats after a while. What a turn off!

My pretties, no matter how good you look but if you smell bad, it ain't gonna work. It's the worst fashion faux pas... worse than wearing neon from head to toe and more horrifying than wearing a shress (sheer dress). If you please, do not forget to spritz cologne or perfume. This summer or spring, it's nice to wear fresh scents like vanilla, green tea, strawberry or apple perfume... yummy!
