Celebrity Shoes: Nicki Minaj in Christian Louboutin booties

Nicki Minaj attended the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards in her favorite uniform--a pink latex unitard that showed off her every curves. She was also expected to have a wardrobe malfunction because of cutouts on her chest, but fortunately she didn't. What she had was a camel toe that distracts her conversation-worthy Christian Louboutin lace-up sandals/booties.

This Christian Louboutin "Lolacrampon" sandals/booties is made of orange and pink velour trimmed with white leather that close with laces. It has exaggerated lug sole that carves vivid arcs into the platform. Its block heel measures 140mm. This color is currently available in the brand's Europe website for € 1,095.00 while the black version sells in Australia for AUD 2,045 and Asia for HKD 13,000.00.

It has 4 1/2-inch heel covered with glitter that extends to the upper with black suede contrast strap. It is from Miu Miu's fall 2011 collection.

I have mixed feelings about this Christian Louboutin bootie but when I saw Janet Jackson and Jennifer Hudson wearing it, my jaws dropped. It looks so fierce on this photo but it is fiercer when worn. This bootie is made of python and suede with zipper detail on the side. The heel measures 6 1/2 inches while the covered platform is 2 inches.

That's a whole lot of straps there! And it is in fiery red. I 'kinda' like it (ergo like-hate). I like it because it is in red and the straps at the back are interesting touch. I hate it because of the stick thin heel but I am thinking, it wouldn't look as vamp or sexy if they used a different heel.

That does it! Alexander Mcqueen Spring/Summer 2011 shoes are the best shoes on the runway. My jaws literally dropped when I saw it on I Want I Got. The sculptured heels are really amazing. Do you still remember the really unique Lord of the Rings kind of boots I showed you? These shoes are better than that.

The booties are to die for.

It says in the description this Jimmy Choo 'Nexus' is a sandal but I think it is a bootie.  Nevertheless, I think this deserves a spot in my Christmas Wishlist.  I think it is feminine with the right amount of angst and punk.  It will make any dress a rocker chic's... the likes of Kirsten Stewart, Jessica Szhor or Miley Cyrus would approve.  On the other side, this could also be a feminine's dream shoe... the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba and Blake Lively would approve.  The perfect mix of snakeskin and lace played up the two opposite fashion styles.

4th Day Before Christmas Wishlist: Fendi mesh platform bootie

I have issues with mesh but if it is incorporated well with leather and if the shoe has a great design, by all means, I will try the shoe.  This Fendi mesh platform bootie is so perfect for the 4th day of my wishlist.  I went to the mall earlier this day and I saw a lot of mesh shoes and dresses.  I think they are cute, you just have to learn how to wear them with the right attitude.  What I like about this Fendi bootie is that it looks so feminine even without bows or flower designs... the gray, white and mesh combo reminds me of swan wings.  And swans are pretty and feminine.

OMG!  This platform open toe bootie by Elizabeth and James is so sexy!  I want it... so bad!

The crisscross straps give this bootie a tough chic look and I love it!  I think this is one of the best open toe booties I have seen so far.

We've got a new sit-SHOE-ation here.  This Derek Lam 'Regine' gold sequin bootie put all other glittery things to shame... even the sun shied away.  Aside from the blindingly entirety of the shoe, I wonder if the heel actually gives support?  This glittery thing costs $990.
