It's such a sad thing when bad shoes land on good people. It's sadder when those good people are known to have good taste in shoes... like Cameron Diaz. She usually wears kick ass shoes except for this one instance during Christian Dior show in Paris Fashion Week Paris (of all places and event). From the ankle up, she's flawless. Oh, that strappy sandal!

Christian Dior's 'Libertine' sandals is I think one of the label's most popular shoes. I featured it last September 2010 and Saks Fifth Avenue's stock ran out after only a week since I featured it. The moment I saw Betsey Johnson's asymmetrical pump, I immediately thought of Christian Dior. They have obvious differences (color, platform and heel) but the ruched upper and peep toe are basically the same.

Christian Dior's is already out of stock (again) and if you like the style, Betsey Johnson is just around the corner waiting for you to click the purchase this button, anyway, she's only $126 compared to $780.

Shoes as White as Snow

Winter is getting nearer and nearer which means everything outside the house will be covered with snow.  That's my inspiration for posting white shoes today.  White isn't really the color of the season but who cares when you have really gorgeous white shoes in your closet?  A piece of advice, wearing sandals during winter is a hell no.

Christian Dior 'Dior Cabine' platform sandals

This sandal is definitely sexy--the details just say it all.  There is no doubt that the inspiration behind this sandal is a bra--look at the D-link straps and the mesh sides, not to mention the color.  I can definitely say that underwear worn as an outwear is a do, in terms of shoes.  I actually like the idea of Christian Dior.  Do you?  You can get this at Bluefly for $680 but you have got to hurry because there is only one pair left, size 40.
