Yes, it is a shoe and it is by Jeffrey Campbell. I haven't seen anything like this before... I mean the split foot bed. I could not imagine myself wearing this. Although the toe bed and heel are cushioned, an arch without something to rest on is something that can blow anyone's mind. And what's even more disturbing about this is that the heel and platform rest on a thick sole giving you 6 inches elevation.

I wasn't expecting a pencil to be an inspiration for a shoe design and I think these Jeffrey Campbell's 'Pencil Me In' ballet flats are so adorable.  It has pink eraser heel, yellow body with black stripes and black toe just like a pencil's tip.  I normally don't go for quirky shoe designs but I think this shoe has won my heart.  I'd rather wear this than a mouse.
