This Just Cavalli stunner just reminds me of the place. I haven't been there but Africa will not be too far away if you are wearing this sandals. It has 5 1/4 inch heels covered with raffia and 1 1/4 inch platforms, the upper is made of distressed leather straps with gold tone accents.

Hairy-Furry Shoes

Eek!  Lots and lots of hairy shoes are being sold in almost every shopping sites.  I know that Fall starts the boots season but I never imagined that this season would also be hairy and furry.  I have already featured three hairy shoes in this blog: Alexander Wang polina fur boots, Christian Louboutin coyote fur boots and Lanvin's pumps.  If you are ready for more hairy things--shoes--read on.

Opening Ceremony 'Curly Lamb' booties, $554 at Shopbop.  This is the epitome of a bad hair day.

Juicy Couture faux-fur lined nylon boots, $170 at Neiman Marcus.  It looks like a cartoon character.

Roberto Cavalli fur-trimmed suede bandage boots, $1,650 at Net-A-Porter.  This is the cutest and most wearable hairy boots that I have seen so far.  I love the crisscross leather design.

See by Chloe three strap fur ankle boot, $450 at Bergdorf Goodman.  It seems as if you tried to hide a furry animal inside your boots or you have a Hobbit-like foot that you want to hide.  Eek!

Proenza Schouler fur trimmed sandal, $415.11 previously $794.95 at Endless.  This looks like something you wear with your nighties.

Roberto Cavalli suede sandals with chain fringe

I am not a big fan of hairy things to begin with but these Roberto Cavalli suede sandals are different... those are fringe chains that will brush your feet each time you walk.  I think this is a fun thing to wear during parties because the fringe will move and groove with you.

Aren't these pretty?  The heels will not make you dance the night away (you don't want to get too tired, anyway) but you will surely have a grand entrance if you're wearing these.  You will shimmer and glimmer than the disco lights with these sandals... who doesn't want to shine?!  You can have a pair of these at Zappos Couture.

I love the color, it reminds me of island parties in Jamaica or the Bahamas.  I am definitely feeling summer in this.  It would be a great alternative to the basic color of evening shoes and the gold heels are so lustworthy.  Anyway, this is on sale at Zappos.
