You can always count on Forever21 if you are itching to buy new shoes.  But, of course, their really easy on the pocket shoes are cheap for a reason, they are not real leathers which make shoes expensive in other brands.  Fashionistas have tried and tested their products and most agree that quality-wise, you can assure that Forever21 items can stay with you for long periods of time.

At $22.80, this is a real bargain.  I am not sure I can wear something glitzy and glittery as these but for those of you who like it get it at Forever21.  Of course you can only wear this at night and formal affairs and this is a great way to liven up a rather blah black outfit.
