All my shoes... sort of

I have been showing you shoes but I haven't actually shown you my own (except for my new purchases). Well, here are my shoes, the ones that I usually wear, recently bought and the ones my mom gave me when she visited.

From L to R, top row: Caged sandals with braided straps, Christian Siriano caged sandals, lace platform pumps, platform sandals with snakeskin strap, gray peep toes pumps with silver heels, gray lace up pumps.

From L to R, middle row: Slides by Bandolino, Style & Co, and Naturalizer, peep toe pumps by Fioni.

From L to R, bottom row: Naturalizer slides, clogs by Sonoma and buckled slides by Rampage.

All slides and the clogs are from my mom. Judging from the shoes she gave me, you can say that she's not fond of pumps and sky high heels. I usually wear the gray lace up pumps, Fioni, lace pumps and the caged sandals with braided straps. I just bought the platform sandals with snakeskin straps and I guess it will be included in my frequently used shoes, I wore it yesterday and they are so comfy.

There are only 15 pairs in the photo but I still have some shoes hidden somewhere in my closet. Lining up these 15 pairs is so tiring. I will line up everything some other time.

Alaia lace-up calf hair polka dotted booties

These look like clog but they are not, these are pumps as described in Net-A-Porter.  I believe these are booties.  Whichever it is, I think these would be fun to wear this Fall and Winter.  What do you think?  You can have these Alaia polka-dotted shoes for $1,830.  Pretty expensive...

Camilla Skovgaard tassel clog

You are not redirected to another website... what you are seeing is a shoe by Camilla Skovgaard.  It actually looks like a bearded gray monster in every angle.  I like the idea of multitasking but for a shoe that doubles as a mop is definitely a no-no!  You can view the full profile of this shoester (shoe+monster and not Mr. Shoester of Glee) here.

Newport platform clogs

Clogs are making a comeback and this time they are fiercer.  I am not a big fan but I've had clog moments way back when and the experience was rather comfortable, it reminds me of the Philippines national footwear--the bakya.  Similarly, they make a rather noisy presence when you walk in them and you can wear them during the rainy season without worrying your feet would get wet with floodwater, take for example these platform clogs from Newport.

I remembered my conversation with my beau a few years back when I said he will never caught me dead wearing clogs... obviously I ate my words.  I don't have a picture to prove it but I did own and wore clogs sometime year 2004.
