Here is my second take on featuring Filipino shoe designers and this time it is Rafe Totengco. If the name rings a bell you are right, he is the designer of Rafe handbags. He was born in the Philippines but moved to New York to pursue his dream. He showcased his first collection (handbags) at the posh Bergdorf Goodman in 1996 and the rest as they say is history.
