Lanvin bow court shoe with tread sole and stacked heel

I told you that bows will dominate this blog.  Here is yet another bowed pump courtesy of Lanvin.  I love the treaded sole to protect its wearer (like you, perhaps) from slipping and stumbling.  It says on the description that this is gray... I think it is nude.  Am I color blind?  What do you think is the color of this shoe?  This also comes in dark brown and you can buy both at Barney's for $1,000.
