Kirsten Dunst wore a Christian Dior dress that was based on the label's 1952 collection. It was simple yet oozing with elegance. Her jewelries perfectly matched the sophistication of the entire ensemble. Her Christian Lacroix ankle strap pumps also added glamour to the look. It is actually one of her favorite shoes since she's worn them several times already.

Up close, the upper is made of satin with flower embellishment. It has ankle strap and 4-inch heels with a slight platform front. This is probably not available anymore since it was from the label's 2007 collection. Did you know that it's the first time she's worn it in the Oscars? What a classic and sturdy pair of shoes!
